NOVA Chief Commercial Officer Peter Charlton will succeed CEO Cathy O’Connor on 2 November 2020.
Ms O’Connor’s 18 year stint with the company included 12 years as CEO. She is leaving NOVA to take over as CEO of oOh!media Limited.

Mr Charlton has been Chief Commercial Officer for eight years and worked with NOVA Entertainment in various roles since August 2012. He has spent more than 20 years in the media industry, and has delivered sustained growth in revenue and revenue share throughout his time with the company.

NOVA also announced today that Peter Colosimo will become Chief Operating Officer. Mr Colosimo has been with NOVA for seven years and has a deep understanding of the business.

Peter Charlton has been NOVA Entertainment’s Chief Commercial Officer since May 2018. He joined NOVA Entertainment in August 2012 as Group Sales Director, and has also held the role of Group Commercial Officer with NOVA Entertainment.
In that role he was responsible for NOVA Entertainment’s revenue generation across all platforms including radio, digital, podcasting, and events, delivering sustained growth in revenue and revenue share during this time.
